SHIPPING CHARGES & SHIPPING METHOD
- We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
- Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods available on our website.
- All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST.
We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure secure delivery of your orders.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and/or message.
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that dispatch timelines may vary during sales, festive seasons, high-order volume periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
- After dispatch, domestic orders generally take 3–7 business days for delivery depending on your location and pin code.
- Deliveries to remote areas, North Eastern states, Jammu & Kashmir, or other special service zones may require additional time.
Shipping timelines exclude weekends, public holidays, and courier operational delays.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Customers can use the tracking link provided to monitor shipment status.
While we will always assist you in tracking your parcel, ZYVORI is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Transportation disruptions
- Courier partner delays
- Government restrictions or operational interruptions

- Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

SAME-DAY / EXPRESS DELIVERY
Same-day or express delivery services may be available in select cities depending on courier availability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We also ship internationally to select countries.
- International orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days.
- Estimated delivery timelines are 5–10 working days, depending on customs clearance and destination country.

- International orders are prepaid only.
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges may apply based on your country’s regulations.
- Such charges must be paid by the customer directly to the respective authorities or courier provider.
